<li>Contribute effectively in new projects from ideation to production phase, to create new hit music games.</li>

<li>Actively explore the mobile game market as well as utilize player behavior data, feedback &amp; suggest improvements to create new and unique music games.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-discipline teams for prototyping and idea iteration, actively participating in the development of a game from start to finish.</li><li>Define the design goals of assigned projects and supervise all daily design works towards those goals.</li><li>Expand design briefs into complete specifications, turning over every stone and considering every possibility until no questions remain, technical or otherwise.</li><li>Evaluate design solutions by conducting user testing, interviews and analyzing data; document your findings for use in future development.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior/mid designers.</li>

<li>At least 3 years of experience as a game designer focusing on gameplay and/or user experience.</li><li>Proven experience in game design, core loop and monetization design for multiple revenue models (ads, in-app purchases and hybrid).</li><li>Working experience in music games is a strong plus.</li>

<li>Deep knowledge of game design principles (player motivation, core loop, MDA frameworks, monetization models, economy balancing, etc.)</li><li>Strong game analysis skills: applicants must be able to intelligently deconstruct &amp; discuss the strengths and weaknesses of games' design and experience.</li><li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to work effectively in a data-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to pitch concepts in a clear, detailed manner through strong written, visual &amp; verbal skills.</li><li>Experience with wireframe &amp; UI creation tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.</li><li>Experience with office software like Excel or Google Sheet.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.</li><li>Good at Feedback Reception and Constructive Criticism.</li><li>Pay Attention to Detail and Precision.</li>
