About the Role
- We are building internal platforms that improve how games are produced across multiple studios.
- This role supports creative-focused product focused on UI Toolkit and Artstyle Engine, helping designers, artists, and product teams work more efficiently and consistently.
- As a Product Owner, you will work closely with Product Lead to execute on a defined direction. The focus of this role is delivery, coordination, and adoption rather than defining long-term strategy.
What You Will Do
- Product Execution & Delivery
- Support execution of the roadmap under guidance from Product Lead
- Manage product backlogs, priorities, and sprint planning
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and ready for development
- Track delivery progress and surface risks early
- Requirements & Documentation
- Help document UI Toolkit and Artstyle Engine standards and workflows
- Translate high-level direction into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintain product documentation and guidelines
- Keep specifications and references up to date as the system evolves
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a day-to-day contact point for Designers, Artists, and Product teams
- Collect questions, issues, and improvement requests from stakeholders
- Manage expectations by communicating timelines and decisions clearly
- Escalate priority conflicts or unclear demands to Product Lead
- Adoption & Enablement
- Assist with onboarding teams to use the UI Toolkit and Artstyle Engine
- Support rollout of new features or updates to production teams
- Help ensure teams understand how and when to use the toolkit
- Monitor early usage and identify adoption barriers
- Quality & Acceptance
- Ensure delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria
- Validate usability with Designers and Artists before wider rollout
- Help maintain consistency with defined standards
- Report quality or usability gaps for review
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Experience working with Designers and/or creative teams
- Ability to manage backlogs, requirements, and delivery processes
- Comfortable working within a defined vision and constraints
- Clear communication and coordination skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented in execution
Nice to Have
- Experience in design systems, UI toolkits, or creative workflows
- Experience in game development or digital product teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools or workflows
- Experience working with multiple teams or stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
- Product’s initiatives are delivered on time and as planned
- Designers and Artists understand how to use the toolkit
- Documentation and workflows are clear and up to date
- Feedback from production teams is captured and addressed
- The platform remains stable and usable as adoption grows
- Product Lead can gradually reduce day-to-day involvement
