<li><b>Support roadmap &amp; backlog planning</b> by translating strategic goals into clear user stories and a well-groomed backlog</li><li><b>Coordinate feature development</b> by clarifying requirements, tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and helping the team meet quality and release targets</li><li><b>Ensure healthy game performance</b> by monitoring live data, flagging issues, and suggesting optimisation and growth opportunities</li><li><b>Run qualitative &amp; quantitative experiments</b> to validate product hypotheses and share actionable insights</li><li><b>Research players &amp; competitors</b> to uncover trends and convert findings into feature ideas or tuning recommendations</li><li><b>Communicate with stakeholders</b> through concise, data-driven updates on progress, learnings, and upcoming priorities</li>

<li>Self-starter who is energetic, confident, adaptable, and player-focused</li><li>Experience supporting or owning live features for mobile games—rhythm or hybrid-casual titles a plus</li><li>Demonstrated use of data, experimentation, and player feedback to boost product engagement or monetisation</li><li>Ability to produce wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user-interaction diagrams (Figma, Miro, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable querying and visualising data to answer product questions</li><li>Solid Agile/Scrum skills: you write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria and can guide a sprint from planning to release</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English; strong problem-solving and presentation abilities</li><div><br></div><li>Nice to have:</li><div>+ Familiarity with AI-powered tools to boost productivity and creativity</div><div>+ Passion for music and rhythm games—enough to spot a good beat map or suggest music-driven event ideas.</div><div>+ Understanding of F2P economies, core-loop and progression design, and live-ops best practices</div>
