ABOUT THE ROLE
At Amanotes, we operate a portfolio of music games reaching hundreds of millions of users worldwide. The Marketing Creative team produces high-volume creative for paid User Acquisition across platforms like Mintegral, Applovin, Unity Ads, and TikTok — with formats spanning video ads, playable ads, banner/static, and store assets.
As Lead Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how the Marketing Creative team turns ideas into high-quality output at speed.
This role sits at the center of creative execution, production operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a team of around 20+ Designers and Account members, working closely with the Creative Manager and partner teams to turn priorities into clear plans, keep production moving smoothly, and continuously improve how the team delivers.
This is a strong fit for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving creative environment, while helping the team scale quality output over time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the day-to-day flow of work across the Graphic and Motion production team
- Turn team priorities into clear execution plans, with the right scope, owners, and timelines
- Balance workload across multiple projects and help the team stay focused on what matters most
- Spot blockers early and drive resolution so work keeps moving with minimal delays
- Build and reinforce ways of working that improve speed, predictability, and output quality
- Track production health through turnaround time, workload, SLA, and bottleneck patterns
- Improve how work is tracked, reviewed, and handed off across the pipeline, coordinating with
- Creative Account roles to keep intake, routing, and QC running smoothly
- Write and refine clear, actionable creative briefs for video, static, playable, and store assets to minimize back-and-forth
- Lead the team (Designers and Creative Accounts) in day-to-day execution with clarity, accountability, and a strong delivery mindset
- Run regular 1-on-1s and performance feedback to support designer growth
- Hire, onboard, and develop production team members as the team scales
- Help designers and production members work independently while staying aligned on quality and priorities
- Coach team members on execution quality, ownership, and practical problem-solving
Build a team environment where people can do their best work under real business pace - Track core production metrics (output volume, turnaround time, SLA health, and bottleneck patterns) to improve planning quality, efficiency, and delivery predictability
- Read key creative performance signals (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPI, IPM) to understand how production choices connect to business outcomes
- Turn data into action by identifying issues early, adjusting plans, and providing simple, useful reporting snapshots for leadership
- Work closely with the Creative Manager, UA, Product, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery plans
- Help different teams move faster together by creating visibility, trust, and operational clarity
- Act as a reliable bridge between planning and execution, ensuring strong follow-through from brief to delivery
- Help improve production systems, templates, and ways of working to handle higher volume without losing quality
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of AI-assisted workflows that create real production value — for example, automated brief validation, asset variation generation for adaptations, or feedback consolidation
- Pilot AI use cases with measurable outcomes, and kill them honestly when they don't deliver — distinguishing meaningful improvements from status-only automation
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in creative production, design operations, or in-house creative team management in a fast-paced environment, including a background as a Senior Designer or Motion Designer
- Experience leading or coordinating day-to-day production delivery for a design, motion, or creative team
- Experience helping scale high-volume creative production models (typically teams of 15+ members)
- Solid judgment in workload planning, deadline management, and blocker resolution
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders
- High ownership, practical decision-making, and the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Comfortable utilizing production trackers and spreadsheets to monitor output and SLA health
- Ability to translate performance marketing signals (CTR, CVR, CPI) into production adjustments
- Eagerness to adopt AI-assisted workflows and improve operational systems for scaling
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude, Runway) for production workflows is a plus
