Key objectives
Amanotes Game COE (Center of Excellence) is the craft engine of Amanotes' Games Division. It gathers >30 specialists across five teams — Game Design, Art, Music, QC, and Game Solutions — serving every game unit from New Games to LiveOps. As Head of Product, you own this COE end to end: its strategy, its people, and its output quality. Your mission is to turn five specialist teams into one production system that raises the craft bar of every Amanotes title, while scaling AI-powered tooling so games ship faster and better.
What you will do

Define the COE strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap aligned with the Games Division strategy

Lead five team leads and 32 specialists across Game Design, Art, Music, QC, and Game Solutions

Allocate COE capacity across New Games and LiveOps demand, with clear service commitments

Own the craft quality bar for game design, art, and music across the whole game portfolio

Direct the QC function for both LiveOps and New Games to safeguard every release

Drive the Game Solutions roadmap and production tooling

Build the COE talent pipeline through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning for team leads

Report COE performance, capability progress, and resourcing plans to the Game Director
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Have 8+ years in mobile games, including 3+ years leading multi-discipline production or product teams

Master the F2P mobile production pipeline across design, art, audio, and quality assurance

Proven record of building shared-service or platform teams that serve multiple game units

Practical experience applying generative AI to game content production at scale

Influence senior stakeholders and align teams across divisions

Coach and grow experienced team leads

Communicate decisions clearly, backed by data
