OBJECTIVES
- Contribute effectively in new projects throughout their life cycle, to create new hit music games.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively explore the mobile game market as well as utilize player behavior data, feedback & suggest improvements to create new and unique music games.
- Translate ideas, design concepts into high quality game execution.
- Brainstorm & consolidate ideas from team members to propose design solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working experiences:
- At least 4 years of experience as a game designer at Senior level
- Proven experience in game design, core loop and monetization design for multiple revenue models (ads, in-app purchases and hybrid)
- Working experience in music games is a strong plus.
- Proven from transition one Hyper to Hybrid is a strong plus
SKILLS
- Deep knowledge of game design principles (player motivation, core loop, MDA frameworks, monetization models, economy balancing, etc.)
- Strong game analysis skills: applicants must be able to intelligently deconstruct & discuss the strengths and weaknesses of games' design and experience.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to work effectively in a data-informed environment.
- Ability to pitch concepts in a clear, detailed manner through strong written, visual & verbal skills.
- Good sense of user experience & psychology in user design
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
