Objective
- We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to manage finance activities and provide finance support to portfolio companies
- The role involves coordinating finance efforts, assisting with financial analyses, and enhancing portfolio company performance
What you will do
- Coordinate finance initiatives, including investor communications and materials preparation
- Analyze portfolio company financials, metrics, and budgets to identify opportunities
- Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for investments and portfolio management
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, investors, and portfolio companies
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for regulatory adherence
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. Masters Degree preferred
- 5 years of finance, fundraising, or investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Venture capital or private equity knowledge a plus
- Startup ecosystem understanding beneficial
